Exclusive Marketing Agreement With PCI Insurance, Inc.

Einstein Computer Corporation (ECC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Legal Club of America Corp., LEGL , announced today that it has signed an exclusive marketing agreement with PCI Insurance, Inc., the wholly owned insurance subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. PCI Insurance, Inc. will be marketing ECC's affordable, all-inclusive computer systems and accessories as a voluntary benefit through payroll deduction at the worksite.

The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, with over 6,000 members representing 1.2 million employees throughout the state, will begin aggressively marketing the Einstein(TM) Computer System statewide to its members. In addition, the Einstein Computer System will be promoted to the over 362,000 corporations in the state of Pennsylvania.
