Legal Club of America Corp. Finalizes Construction of its Internet Legal Community

Financial/Business, Legal and Insurance Editors FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla (BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1999--Legal Club of America Corp. (OTC BB: LEGLE)

Legal Club of America, Corp. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Legal Club.com, has finalized the construction of its legal portal, the most comprehensive legal community of its type. The site, www.legalclub.com, features three distinct environments with over 3,000 links of interest for the legal consumer, a vast resource of tools and services for the legal professional, as well as service and support for the authorized agents who market the Company's Legal Plans. The web site's legal consumer environment, "Consumer Village," is aimed at providing access to legal care and services to the more than 150 million Americans who are concerned about the high cost of legal services.

An individual can join Legal Club of America through this web site for an annual fee of $96.00. Small business owners can join the Small Business Legal Plan for an annual fee of $300.00. As a member, the legal consumer is provided access to over 7,500 attorneys nationwide who have contracted with Legal Club to provide its members with numerous free and discounted legal services. The web site offers the legal consumer legal reference tools, legal forms, software, books and a host of other legal-related content. Legal Club members are also now able to take advantage of LegalClub.com's online customer service center, which provides immediate access to attorney reassignments and assistance. In the very near future, members will be able to ask questions of Plan attorneys via free online consultations, a service for which other sites charge. The attorney environment, "Attorney Village," is host to the National Association of Networked Attorneys ("N.A.N.A."), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which is designed to service legal professionals who join for $35.00 per month. Subscription to the N.A.N.A. directory gives the attorney access to full-fee legal business, a personalized web page, unlimited research capability, online arbitration and mediation, continuing education courses and other needed legal resources. This community also allows for interaction between attorneys within a password-protected environment. The private Intranet environment houses a "Member's-only" search engine and uses Microsoft's(R) MCIS(TM) technology to power the Chat Room, Bulletin Board and real-time commerce components of the site.

Through proper marketing and site management, N.A.N.A. intends to drive the 400,000 individuals, who surf the Internet each month looking for the services of an attorney, to the N.A.N.A. online directory. The agent environment, "Agent Village," provides access to the latest information related to the worksite marketing sector of the insurance industry. The Agent Village houses an agent search capability, which allows small business owners access to local Legal Club agent representation. Agents who represent Legal Club are provided with a free web page and free leads to assist them in marketing and selling the insurance products in which they specialize.

The Agent Village plans to host classified ads posting career opportunities, and to introduce the latest products and software offerings of the Company's worksite marketing partners, such as Aon Corporation and Transamerica Assurance. The Company plans to enhance this site by April 2000 to include an online contest awarding prizes to representatives for the Legal Club revenues they generate. About Legal Club of America Legal Club of America Corporation operates a national legal referral network, which provides access to a network of over 7,500 attorneys, located in all 50 states, who provide free and deeply discounted legal services to individuals and small business owners.
